Yoga improves your overall health both mentally and physically.  Yoga is an ancient practice dating back over 5,000 years.  It originated with learning how to sit properly for meditation and has now evolved into a deeper physical practice as our bodies are no longer doing the same movements as our ancestors.

Yoga By Robyn can work with you to obtain your overall health goals.  For corporate bookings we can specialize the practice to help combat the ongoing back problems found in the workplace.  We will also help to focus the mind and reduce anxiety which will in turn increase productivity.

Evening classes available in South West London for dynamic yoga and pregnancy classes.  Please check the Class Schedule page for timetables.  Alternatively you can book a small group class or private session.

For the beautiful pregnant women, we book classes in an 10 week series  starting after the 14th week of pregnancy.  This way you can get to know other pregnant women in your area.  Pregnancy yoga is recommended by doctors for birth preparation and safety.
